Terms and Conditions
Enrolments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and applications will only be accepted and processed with full payment.
Fees for evening or day conversation classes are paid by the year or by the term but not by class. We regret that we are unable to offer pay-as-you-go courses or offer refunds for any classes that you are unable to attend.
When enrolling for more than one term, these terms are consecutive.
Undersubscribed courses will be cancelled and fees will be reimbursed in full.
Although the majority of our courses are taught by the same tutor for all three modules, Lise Morel T/A Premiere Classe reserves the right to change a tutor for pedagogical or other reasons.
Withdrawals & Refunds
We will refund your fees (minus a 10% administration fee) provided your written request is received at least ten days before the start of term.
Failure to observe the deadline stated above will result in the loss of your fee.
Exceptional circumstances: If you feel that you have "exceptional circumstances" please provide written proof of this from a third party (e.g. a doctor's note) and we may be able to partially refund or transfer you.
Refunds are calculated by deducting the fee for the terms attended from the amount paid, minus 10% administration charge.
Refunds or credit will be offered automatically in the event of our having to cancel your course.
Classes you are unable to attend cannot be refunded or credited to a later term. |
